Help with clearing a criminal record in ohio?

Can anyone help with clearing a criminal record in Ohio, Cuyahoga County? I applied for an expungment in 2005 and never was given a court date. In 2006 I applied for a pardon and was denied? In Feburary 2008 I filed a motion to reinstate and set for hearing to date they have not set a hearing. The supreme court of ohio says that you must exhaust all your appeals prior to motioning there court. I cannot file and appeal when the court won't make a ruling can anyone help me with this matter. I would rather bypass the courts but I do not think this is possible. The bond on the case is still open and there still making money off of my misfortunes. Any help would be appreciated. YOu need to file a Super duper performance bond, then a UCC 1 to redeem the strawman, and claim that the all caps name is not you.

Then tell them how they are in admiralty, while you are really a "Free man on the land" who is not in their waterpark.

WHile you are at it, noticing them that you are a citizen of a landmass called America and that you are one of "We the people" in esse might help
