Child Protective Services issues

This link was just handed to me. It is perhaps the most exhaustive source of information that I have seen collected dealing with the issues of Child Protective Services. Enjoy the read and/or researching this information.

I'm still waiting for the explanation why child custody cases are in rem and not in personam. Maybe a lawyer could explain it. heh.

Maybe someone could also explain why child custody proceeding are a determination of status not of the child but of the parent.

Family Court is where the most blatant fraud takes place.

Because the Supreme court has already declared that the parents have a vested property interest in the children, and the taking of that property would require an in rem process. Even in that in rem process, the state is requirred to show that the state has an overwhelming interest in the welfare of the children. Thus the many coined phrases relating to the children as being a "precious resource", as was declared here in Florida by the legislature. Also the Parens Patriae doctrine formulates a custody dispute between the 'natural parents' and the 'substitute parent'. The very term "custody" should give a clear cut explanation of what is really going on. And the other phrase "possession is 9/10ths of the law".
