Jennings says the judge actually apologized to the guy after the room was cleared and dropped his sentence completely.

P.S. If you still have any doubts about the validity check into suae potestate esse (lord of the soil) and two items that work in conjunction about the Fourteenth Amendment - 1) these united States in compact have become easily construed to be a singular corporation and 2) the subjects of the stipulation eligible for the civil rights of federal employees (newly granted the blacks) is that you are naturalized or born to reside in the States. If you reside in the States by definition, they you are not native to the States.
