Special Request needed from pacer account holder to retrieve boyco case info.

I would like to request from anyone here that has a pacer account to access the Boyco case (Deutsche bank) in the US District Court Of Ohio Northern District, what I am looking for is a copy of the assignments that judge Boyco states on page 3 of the "Opinion and Order" that "expresses a present intent to convey all rights, title and interest in the Mortgage and the accompanying Note to Plaintiff" also any other evidence that was filed along with the assignments like copies of Notes, I would highly appreciate this if you could post it here for all to see also, sorry I couldn't find the Opinion and Order here in suijuris to add to this post, if anyone can find it please feel free to post it so you may understand what pg. 3 says.

I don't have a Pacer account and it just doesn't seem feasable to have for just a few pages.

Some folks at quatloos like Demothenes use pacer all the time and publicly post cases all of the time regarding "fraud".

Unfortunately they don't like to post up pacer docs in which the "fraud" is being perpetrated by the banks which are government agencies under 12 USC

There's various case numbers mentioned for u 2 search under. You'd have to look up individual cases then go thru to see what was filed in those cases if you want to see the type of assignment or do***ents they filed.

Maybe try a google search on the case # maybe it'll pick up something...But you'd definitely have to probably get access to pacer to see what your wanting to see.
