I think if you join the lawworks group on yahoo, then download the legal.txt file, it outlines it and then you can get the 4 part dispute with Budget Rental Car from their file sections.

That method seems to be about the only reasonable way I know how.
1)Affidavit to be rebutted
2)Notice of Default/Opportunity to Cure
3)Prepare Finding of Facts/Conclusion of Law & record the default with the court & serve those suckers.
Greg, you gotta go to lawwork.

If someone would email me that file, I would appreciate it.

I believe I just completed this almost.

They were not happy to see ol' HB this morning.

Cool

Hello Everybody!

I read somewhere that since administrative law is the law of notices you must submit three notices.

Notice of Fault and Opp to Cure, Notice Of Default, and Constructive and Final Notice of Demand for Settlement and Closure of the Escrow.

go ahead and give them a hundred notices then. yes im being sarcastic. do they give u 3 notices before they kidnap u and haul u off to jail? i didnt think so, when i write up contracts, all the law is inside my contract and overrides any procedure or crap they have. they do it to us all the time. ill give them one notice. period.
