Citation
I recieved a citation for 2 pits at large this morning. I only own 1 pit. Cop does not believe me that i only have 1 pit in my possesion. The other is a boxer mix and you guys are aware of how many dogs are mistaken for pits. And I guess my one is not really a pit she is 1/2 english staffordshire terrier and 1/2 american bull. I now have to got to court. The office called in to get my info. The citation has not fine amount on it, it says allowing dogs to Roam. Told me that he could enter my home with out a warrant. I asked for the ORS he would not give it. I tried to close the door since he would not show me his evidence he put his foot in the door and told me that he would arrest me for assulting an officer. I hate dealing with cops I get mad and let my anger control my mouth. Anyways He went to his car and I let him talk to my boyfriend and he told my boyfriend all he wanted was to see the dogs and know how they got out and so my boyfriend showed him. He said if I was not angry with him he would not have given the citation. Also he called into the station to get my information. I have a dog behavior spe******t do a behavior/aggression test because I have already had problems with the cops and this dog. They were going to shot her because she got in a fight with a dog we had. I have had run ins with this cop before and him lying to me and threatening me with entering before.
