vacating void judgment

look, dont take this wrong or personal. i see a lot of people in the freedom movement who want their mortgages eliminated and other stuff. and they claim to love God. i dont know if this is your situation, but, it goes back to what i keep hearing a lot of people who are looking at this with the CORRECT INSIGHT. that insight is this, dont get caught up in trying to protect the treasures of this earth. now, if your house, car or whatever is your survival tool or u have much invested in it, i see fighting for it, no problem there, but, step back and say is this a fight you really SHOULD be doing. now, if it is, do this, stop fighting a bank inside another bank (the court), they aint ruling against themselves, period. what u can do is this, take your default into court under a AMENDED COMPLAINT like winston said. that way, the judge isnt ruling on a controversy, hes ruling on why they didnt answer, period. the moment the judge steps outside of that, hes trespassing on your private contract. now, ask for summary judgment and if he doesnt give u summary judgment, u file a default into the public court, there is suppose to be rules behind that, look it up. explain in the amended complaint that there is no controversy and the judge is just their as a referee, not a minister, to review the PROCESS ONLY. now, file a lien against the bank per federal rule 64 and all other co-conspirators (get the hint) and move on. thats about the only satisfaction u r gonna get right now. im researching something quietly right now about another remedy, its simple but complicated in getting the correct legal process because it can be dangerous. ill let u guys know when i get more information.

I don't care about getting anything from the banks I just don't want them hauling me into court and garnishing my stuff. If getting a common law default recognized in court can do this then it is worth it.

I have a common law default on the bank that took me to court and the judge ignored it and ruled for the bank. Now they are coming after me for about $12,000. which of course includes lots of attys fees.

void judgment

ok, can u put in a garnishment on your own wages to prevent them from getting anything, man, be creative, and think about the law and out maneuver them. thats what i do, i pit themselves against themselves like when they tried to double my child support knowing i couldnt afford it, so i filed bankruptcy and the judge told me not to acquire any more debt, so the judge in the family case couldnt do anything. some people would say,why would he run from his responsibility, not my case, they dont care if you live under a bridge as long as they can keep you in slavery with their court orders. now, after doing that, start liening and invoicing the bank like they are doing you. and their attorney, get him into a contract for intering with your private contract with the bank and make their attorney pay also.

You wouldn't - think outside the box for a moment.

I imagine that if you were sued by a business or individual and you failed to answer, there would be a default judgement against you pretty quick. And I suppose the state has rules whereby the plaintiff could use the court system to order your employee to garnish your wages.

Who says only your enemy can take you to court?

Look people, you all really need to start thinking out of the box, the same tool your enemy can use to destroy you can be used by a friendly party to PROTECT YOU!

And the time to do this is BEFORE you get into trouble, I am amazed at the amount of people who do nothing until they are under attack.

People need to start becoming judgement proof, you will then be able to pick your battles instead of having no choice in the matter.
