Voiding Marriage License

I came across some info on eliminating the control of Social Services. I know of cases where the Social Workers have confiscated children from their homes on hearsay evidence alone. No court order, no hearing, nada. Someone with a grudge can call Social Services and state that you are mistreating your children and they come and invesitigate like the Gestapo. One wrong answer and they take the kids. Anyway my information leads me to believe that by sending a trespass notice (void the license) to the appropriate department you remove the authority from them for such draconian tactics. The marriage license being the source of their contract.
Thoughts?

I hear You

I'm in the process of revoking my signature on my marriage app. But I have discovered that there are some other contracts that need to be eliminated also. check the download section for some good samples, and read them to apply to your situation. Don't get too excited filing a bunch of stuff at once, take your time and understand what you are doing.
Happy lessons to you. This site is awesome.

You are saying that the marriage license is what gives SS the power to confiscate your private property and that it is a contract?

SS has said that that is what they have over you

It is what they are holding us all with. The marriage license is the contract between you your spouse and the state. That is how that agency can come and steal from you your private property.
This is as I understand it. The legal implications of marriage are not out in the open. That's the trap.
Hope this helps.

For there to be a valid contract in force, there must be consent. I am sure no one is consenting to have their property confiscated so there must be something else at work. It can't be a contract without full disclosure and mutual consent. Basically, it is theft no matter how you look at it.

It is my belief that any license is in fact a contract. Apparently the state believes it is "against the law" to marry. The legal definition of license is "a waiver of prosecution for doing something illegal" therefore it follows that by having a marriage license you have admitting that you have broke the law and are using your exemption by keeping the license. Doing anything contrary to the statute provide by that license is a breach of contract and you are thus deemed guilty. I believe that once you are married (using their license procedure) you should jointly (you and your spouse) immediately vacate their license. This would get you past their objection to marriage without a license. Then create your own contract between your spouse and you and and sign it together. Who said the state needs to tell you how to live together. Make your own rules and live by them. The common law provides for separation problems if you do not have a contract with your spouse. We have all heard about prenups. The same applies for you and your spouse. Make your own contract and then honor it.

Camino,

Were you given full disclosure when you signed it? Did you sign it voluntarily or were you made to feel that it was mandatory to have it? How can a contract be mandatory? Any "STATE" license is a scam and that is the facts.

Why ,exactly, do you believe it is a contract? Tell me that. Don't tell what you believe the "STATE" believes. Do you represent the "STATE"? If the "STATE" makes the assertion that it is a contract then let them provide the facts to back up their claim. Don't help them by legitimizing the fraud. If they believe that it gives them some kind of jurisdiction over you then force them to show you how. They have to prove their case not you.

What is the "STATE" factually? It is a legal fiction. It doesn't exist except in the imagination. You are not dealing with the "STATE" you are dealing with people who believe that they represent an imaginary thing called a "STATE". What real authority do these ordinary people representing a legal fiction have? How did they really get it? Isn't their supposed authority delegated by you? Do you have the authority to make your next door neighbor get a licence just because you say he has to? If you don't have that kind of authority yourself, then how can you delegate this non-existent authority to someone who believes they represent a legal fiction called the "STATE"? What is the real relationship between you and this legal fiction?

Next, are you a citizen of this imaginary place? Yes or No. How do you know?

Just some food for thought.

So, there is no spoon...

I understand all of the above. It is clear the distinctions between the living soul and the legal fiction, but what about that being clear to the subjects who do the bidding for the state. I know there are several things I've done wrong in the past thinking that I was being a law abiding citizen, and these very things are what seem to be binding me. So I'm simply trying to unbind myself by going back and voiding all of these contracts. If I'm missing the link here, please just say so. I am more than willing to try to understand.

I'm not really sure what it is you believe you've done wrong so I can't comment on that. If you really understand all of the above, why are you still in void mode? There is no contract to void.

Next, you said that you were a citizen. It is your false belief that is binding you, not a contract.

For more insight on this, go here:

Tell me what a citizen is and tell me why you are one.

Have you ever been to court? If so, what for?
