In Court Again
Another date set for something new. Stopped for alledgely running a stop sign in a "borrowed" car. Cop refuses to identify himself to me. I get out of the car, lock it, with my purse in it, He obviously "suspects" me of comitting a crime, which i asked, did you see me comitting a crime, yes you ran a stop. I replied, you are lying about that, you used that to pull me over. Unconsented search of (no warrant describing items to be found) car, removes my purse, looks me up on the "LIEN" screen. There was no warrant for my arrest, just holding past against me like all agencies do. Sent to jail. Before 3 days are up, They are going to send me to the "big county jail" where I will rot there until time of court date. I spoke to an FBI agent yesterday, would give no name. He said I can be held as long as they want to hold me, even tho i don't give prints. So I signed doc, under duress, and without prejudice to me! I listened to Greg Pappas show from First Amendment Radio, Liberty Forum Archive (John Bryant) and I am going to go in without the public jester this time, state that I am answering for the case, (not appearing) I don't recogize judge or court. This judge actually entered a plea, I told him at forced arraignment that I wasn't entering a plea. (did not give him consent to represent me) So I will now (future) cancel all contracts with this court, now and the past! I know all men/women going in by themselves are up against a big wheel, unknown territory. I actually only want to go there to get back borrowed bond money to return it to owner. Should I write a "written" cancellation of contract, giving reasons, or just go to court stating who I am, such as is stated on the home page of this web site, then verbally not recognize, refuse to contract with them. What will they say after I say that? I know how to reply with contempt is to apologize. I also know not to say "don't understand charges" as they can get you into a psych ward for up to 3 yrs now. Comments welcome.

No, I was told that I would be under a court order to give prints, and kept under the charge at the Big County Jail, for obstruction. In this state, because Detroit has so many unwilling participants, constitutional rights have to be fought tooth and nail to get noticed, in the meantime you freeze there with no blankets all night! One of the police gals told me I would have served time there, not that I believed her, but she might have known a little more how they do things down there. I guess over here, 72 hours means nothing.

Well, as far as plans for a court case, I listened to Greg Pappas show about not recognizing the judge, the court, and saying "I refuse to contract with this court and I am cancelling all contracts connected with this court right here and now, as far as I am concerned I have no further business here but to get my bond money back." I know the court appointed attorney will be waving at me and calling me over to talk to me. It's the lonliest feeling I've ever had to do something like this. Hopefully I'll have someone with me if anything goes wrong. I don't know what to expect or say after I say that. I was told if he says contempt of court to apologize right away. I wonder if he will say there will be a trial anyway, and I had better have an attorney. Has anyone used this successfully with a judge about not recognizing the court and refusing to join, contract? They keep so much hidden from general public and use their stinking latin baloney for their advantage. They automatically assume it's ok for them to break constituional amendments that are supposed to uphold your rights, but it only takes someone to "suspect" you and your rights verboeten! The show was from Liberty Forum Archives.

Contempt
Lavender, I am not too far from where you are.
In our area we have been using this right off the get go at the start of any hearing: "For the record, I do not mean to be held in a contemptous behaviour."
No one has been incarcerated as a result of this, to my knowledge anyways.
But there is always a first?
