Paul88,

I'm from NJ and i know exactly what you are going through.& If I had known then, what I know now...the first thing I would ask is for them to prove jurisdiction before anything else.& First they must have subject matter jurisdiction before proceding.& Secondly, (if they can even make it this far) I would ask them to verfiy the complaint.& There seems to be a conflict of interest if the officer can generate income for the state while he is in office.& who can verify this complaint?& the same officer that wrote the complaint?& How can he complain, log the complaint, cite you the ticket&and be a witness for the state? think about it.

Where in NJ are you? Would it be possible to get in touch with you and talk about it a little more? I'm in middlesex, oldbridge right now. Also have you had any success with anything like this?

Thank you so much,

Re:Court on April 14th. This is what I plan on doing.

Unfortuately Paul,

I am in TX right now and when I got railroaded in NJ court, was prior to my awakening of the truth.

But what I can say is this.....my brother was successfully defending himself and asking them for jurisdiction before they proceeded but, my folks (who at the time thought he was crazy) told the authorities who his commercial person was and they arrested him.

It was a hard lesson for my parents because my brother was winning since they could not prove jurisdiction. But my parents (not knowing any better at the time) decided to speak up because they thought my brother would get into more trouble if they got tired of him questioning them.

Ahhh, my point is....I would first ask them to prove jurisdiction, then ask them to verify the complaint. This is courtesy of JHD. And it makes sense.

Wish I could be of more help.

Paul,

let them establish jurisdiction.& Nothing can go forward without first having subject matter jurisdiction.& Once that is established then move from there.& but they will not be able to establish it since you are not a&US citizen.& this maybe difficult for you to do if you do not know the difference between a&US national and&US citizen. And if you are not in the right mindframe to stand your ground as a American national.& it is hard to break the years of lies and deceit in a matter of months or a few years. But it can be done.

as far as documents...well this is what i have done to prove my claim (even though I do not have to prove it)...i went and got a DBA with my name in all CAPS and the proprietor's name in upper and lower case letters.& I got the county to recognize the difference that one is a business and the other is not.& next, i filed it and a copy of my CN publication certificate, with the secretary of state UCC division.& Now all of that is filed in all public records as a business.& Now I know what you are thinking when you hear UCC.& i do not use my UCC filing for no other reason except to give public notice of my interest in the business.& but it is also a tool that I will use (if necessary) to challenge jurisdiction if I have to.&

You see, i will do another publishing stating who I am and my political status (American national).& that will give public notice.& Now it is up to them to try to establish jurisdiction--i will only be there to protect my interest in the business.& Not be there as the surety.& In most cases you don't even have to appear if you don't want to.& remember the affidavit by special appearance?

Paul, there are numerous methods to challenge their jurisdiction.& You are not arguing!& you are just trying to get clarity before proceeding.& And if by some cosmic reason they find jurisdiction, then ask for the settlement offer right there!& once they give it--tender a good faith payment under public policy and go from there.& No one is immune from public policy!

this is not legal advice.& it is what I would do.& Other folks go about personal freedom in their own way.& this is my thinking of how to do it without controversy.
