State cannot be a party

Hey All,

While looking over the US Civil Flag site here.

I noticed this at the bottom of one of the web pages:
Quote:
Common Law: The Law of the Land, the main premise being; "innocent until proven guilty", the state cannot be a party in a contract, only another living soul can charge a Sovereign individual. Property is protected by Unalienable rights derived from God. The Constitution of these united states rests upon the Common Law not the Admiralty laws of seizure.

Now, I have heard, many times, that you can't injure 'the state', but I have never heard that "the state cannot be a party to a contract".

If anyone has cites or sources to back this up, it would make a number of our issues in court much easier..

And the search begins...

For HIS Glory,
Akira

I do believe I have heard as well that the state cannot be party to a contract, for whatever it is worth.

But wait, isn't citizenship a contract? Hmm...

There is no Judge(s) only Captains. Why would the Captain answer any questions of his crew. The Captain gives the orders. The crew obeys or walks the plank mate! And we thought this was a democracy and that we are free.

Unfortunately, this land is being run like a democracy instead of a republic.

given the last election, and the doubts cast upon the legitimacy of the votes & voting process, weiss, i wonder if even your last statement is true at all...seems more like a shadow dictatorship to me or colorable democracy...
