Sara Fugate of Bank One v. Ward
I spoke with Sara Fugate this morning of Bank One v. Ward fame and the property that Bank One is trying to take is still in her possession until at least this coming Monday January 31, 2005. At 9:30 AM Monday morning there will be a summary judgment hearing in the foreclosure case against the property in question. Please keep her in your prayers that she will finally have settlement and closure. It has been a very tuff 3 years for she and her family. She has done what she believes YHWH has led her to do and it is in His hands. May whatever takes place bring Him the ultimate glory.
