Exclamation failure to apear

In this proscess of not showing up in court would cause more grief than the chances of pleading your case. The system gives the officer atleast two-three chances of showing up in court. Although you need to let the court know each time you go into court that your accuser is not present. Therefore dismissing the case Because lack of evidence!

What was the outcome of the pre-trial judgement?

The case should have been dismissed!!!!!! What do you think would have happened if you didn't show up?

I concur. Why was the case not dismissed?

Failure to appear.

Is not in the Court interest to dismiss, you have to demand a dismissal.
After all a win by default,is still a win.
