when case was called I went up to the stand and asked if I could address the court before starting, said equality under the law ect. stated I was atitled sovereign, not a corp, a living being a man. proceeded with wanting closure on the matter as I did not intend to dispute the facts. I requested an appearance bond without cost and that he waive the fees on my own personal recognizance in order to plead.

Judge: I dont understand appearance bond I dont know what you are talking about; what is it you want me to do.

I: I request an appearance bond without cost in order to plead.

Judge: If I ordered an appearance bond you would have to pay a bonding company.

I: I said that it was in the rules of criminal procedure.

Judge: I dont know what you are talking about.

needless to say I was getting a little upset at that piont.

When the ca started blabbing her mouth I ojected and he told me to shut up, she was trying to get me thrown back in jail until the next scheduled appearance until I told the puke in the sissy suit that I was allready out on bond.
they scheduled another court date for the 20th of jan, hope I can better organized by then.

so the moral of the story is.

That course six in A New Beginning, being a diplomat is hogwash !

I also said that the appearance bond was for the ALL CAPS corporate legal fiction created under the laws of the United States under title 16 sec 2432 (10) (B) (iii)
when he asked what is was for.

I am leaning towards the Adventures In Legalland approach & asking the "heads I win tails you lose" questions to expose the fraud. This approach is great, because if you set up the line of questioning properly, their non-response is evidence that you never were arraigned or were informed of the nature and cause of the proceedings, let alone no evidence of a complaining party.

I allready ordered the book on wendsday and plan on reading it a couple dozen times. I just hope it does'nt take forever to get here ( like the things ordered from legal research ).

Download the audio, radio interviews in the meantime. It is full of great stuff. Most of which is in the book. There are several over an hour long. It takes a similair approach to what I did with 5 Charges, i have never heard back on them, and I never made a Plea. I also suggest going this route. Don't play their games, they are the only master in that realm.

what method did you use ?
I'm not asking for legal advice nor do I expect you to give it.
But it sounds to me that you took care of it before you even made an appearance.

Speaking of taking care of it before you make an appearance, I am waiting for an answer to my "Appearance Brief", requesting proof of claim from them for a number of things, with the "notice and opportunity to cure" listed on the bottom of the page saying that an unrebutted affidavit shall stand as truth in the matter, attached with my Affidavit stating truth and denial of due process. The judge I am going in front of demands that you have an attorney, but I have a list of questions for an attorney, that they will never answer, so disqualifying all of them (court appointed attorneys). so I can say if he tries to force he/her on me, I can say "your honor, this guy is disqualifed cause he won't answer my questions. They always never want to respond to your questions, trying to make you look dumb so they can get on with their circus show.
