If This Is True
“It is the duty of the courts to be watchful for the constitutional rights of the citizen, and against any stealthy encroachments thereon. Their motto should be obsta principiis.” Boyd v. United States, 116 U.S. 616, 635, 29 L. ed. 740, 6 Supp. Ct. Rep. 524
Go to any law forum and take note that the attorneys state that we do not have constitutional rights.
I disagree! I think that it is time to take them back. I don't believe that our forefathers would have taken the time to put everything UNDER GOD, just for the proceeding government bodies to take everything out from UNDER GOD.
Are they that insane to challange GOD.

Mindful correction...
GOD is their (attorneys) GOD
God is our God.
See the difference?

When you start stating you have Constitutional rights the Constitution becomes an entitlement. Be very careful of how you word things. The Constitution has confered no rights on us (sovereign). It merely protects what we have had before the Constitution was written. Read the Declaration of Independence and the 9th Amendment for more understanding. The rights we have, have been endowed by our Creator and NOT the Constitution.

Could it be, that because we have forgotten this fact, we have the mess that we are in?

This very well could be true. The IRS is always saying that "the Constitution entitles every citizen to certain rights." It does not entitle me to anything. When people start talking about their Constitutional rights, are they playing into the hands of the IRS, or any agency for that matter, by agreeing they have Constitutional rights? Think about that. If we are to be sovereign, we need to get out of our minds this type of thinking.

I was/am like that. I still catch myself saying the same things. I've been reading a good bit here of late and have read many times that everything is Gods. Man can take no credit for anything that is good.
Maybe we the people need to take a hard look at what is important?

God was put in all caps to shout his name, not for any other purpose. God's will reigneth over all things. I have know that for as long as I can remember and I am as old as dirt. I do know that all things are possible with God. I would not take on a day without him.

Know the Truth!
Whatever you read, see, or hear is an illusion on the face. You will know if it is the truth and of God, when you turn inside and listen for the answer and it will always be of peace.
If at anytime, you do not feel at peace on anything that crosses your path. Then it is not of God and you need to read between the lines.
Peace be with you.

If you want to use the constitution in court, the first thing you need to do is go to your state archives and get a certified copy of it. Then when you go to court, enter it into the record as your first exhibit. This binds the court to adhere to it, and holds the judge to honor his oath to it.

Claiming "constitutional rights" tricks us into succumbing to the system; the government's actions may be characterized as unconstitutional if they violate the strictures set down in the Constitution.
The Constitution never gave us what we didn't already have. Isn't there a song like that? "The Wizard never gave the Tinman what he didn't already have ..." Don't you remember the Wizard of Oz bestowing useless tokens on the Tinman, Scarecrow, and Cowardly Lion? They believed the Wizard imparted special skills and abilities to them by virtue of his "authority." Dorothy only had to be reminded that she had the ability to return home at any time.
