Wink in para materia

I am new in the sense that this is my first post, have been reading this site for a while.
Im answer to your question about what does the word 'in para materia' mean

“Statutes are said to be "in pari materia" when they involve the same classes of persons or things or seek to accomplish the same purpose or object.” See Goldstein v. State, 803 S.W.2d 777, 788 (Tex. App. 1991). Cite as, State, Div. of Insurance v. State Farm 116 Nev. Adv. Op. No. 27 March 9, 2000.

In para materia. Upon the same matter or subject. Statutes in pari materia are to be construed together. Bouviers Law Dict. See Ballentines Law Dict. pg. 632.

REPORT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NEVADA- 56, SYLLABUS
226. Motor Vehicles-Dealers' License Plates-Effect of Senate Bills Nos. 61 and 74 (Chapters 161, 152, statutes of 1937).
"The Motor Vehicle Registration Act, as amended, and the Motor Carrier License Act, as amended, must be construed in pari materia, in that both Acts relate to the same subject matter, i. e., motor vehicles; likewise Senate Bills Nos. 61 and 74 must be construed in pari materia as they relate to the same subject."
