Justice Court Judge Interfers With My Case

Hi there everybody!

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas or whatever your holiday is.

Yesterday I went to sparks Justice Court (yea right) a got a subpoena for the prosecutor who lied about the citation in court. She implied there had always been a proper citation and I should she lied. So the case was handed to another procesutor and my friend and I went to serve her. They wouldn't let us do it. We find out when we get there that the court had called to warn them we were coming and said there was no need for her to be served. I said well I am the defendant and she is my witness. Are you telling me that she is going to be there as my witness without a subpoena? Well they couldn't anwser so they calledher secretary to talk to us. We were told the she must be served personally and that we could not leave it in the office and that she couldn't be served to call the court.

So I called the court this morning and asked to speak to the clerk who gave the Da heads up on us. I spoke with her briefly and she said Judge Higgins had told her to call the DA. So I get on the phone with his secretary and I ask why Judge Higgins interfered with my subpoena? I said that "the DA is my witness because in my case she committed a fraud on the court by implying there had always been a proper service of the citation." That was a fraud upon the court and I wanted her to testify.

So the Judges secretary says she'll call me back she calls me back and tells me "The judge cannot talk with you because that would be ex parte communication and it would not be fair to the other side." I told her "the judge is obstructing justice and having ex parte communication with the DA and interferring with my defense." She said that's what the judge said. I said" If the judge thinks he can interfer with my case and not be held liable in his private capacity he better think again". "Would you please tell him that!" She said she would, however I think he was listening.

Ahhhhhh Nevada.

My day in court is Jan 4, I plan or starting by telling the court that I am not able to get a fair trial in S at parks Justice Court and if they continue with this sham not only is there malicious prosecution, judicial error, more than 12 NRS, Justice Court Rules, and NRCP, abuse of power under the color of law and several class D felonies. Then we will get to the really bad stuff! Ha HA!

so after I say that and they hall me off to jail I would like y'all to send tacos and burritos. I here you don't get that in the big house!! LOL

Kitchie

AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!!!

If it keeps snowing maybe court will be cancelled :-0 my!

Check the bill of rights in your state constitution. No one can be imprisoned for a debt.
