Countersuits

what is the best way to countersue a rogue judge or police officer? would it be to countersue in a case they have against you or would you start a whole new suit? i want them to lay out as much money as possible defending themselves

Re: Countersuits

If this has been an ongoing ordeal, in which you can prove two or more predicate acts, how's about a civil R.I.C.O. suit? Just a thought.

Sincerely,
truth

if i'm not mistaken, a counter suite, specifically, is launched from within the current suite. check your rules though, 'cuz if it ain't allowed, you won't get it granted.

i would think that in criminal matters (the above is civil), you'd have to sue seperately.

my two cents,

jon
