I'm not trying to be frivilous your honor, but I feel like I'm under an obligation to tell the truth here and only give first hand knowledge of the facts. Now i've certainly been called by that name you just said, but the officer who arreted me called me by other names, as well. I'm sure I was present at my birth, but that was a long time ago and I simply have no present and independent recollection of what my parents named me. I cannot attempt to give you my name and remain faithful to my obligation to relate only first hand knowledge of the truth. Your best evidence rule would require that someone like my parents be here who could give you the information you want from first hand knowledge.

Again your honor, I'm not trying to get smart with you or be disrespectful to this court in any way, but I dont have a date of birth, that term has a specific legal meaning and refers to the date that is on a state issued birth certificate, The date on that document is a date of birth. Because I have no such birth certificate. I can have no date of birth.

Thanks for the post regarding Al Thompson. This is one of the biggest reasons I will not go into a court to testify. I am learning how to accomplish this. I did not do such a good job of it in our foreclosure case. Many on this forum believe that going into court and testifying as the "Sovereign" will somehow protect you. Nothing could be further from the truth. The key is to stay out of their court and if you do get pulled in DO NOT TESTIFY. I believe you will lose if you do.

I thought the article from Al is a good one and also verifies what I believe to be true regarding Devvy Kidd and BeCrafty. Those two are pathetic jokes.

I totally agree with you Iamfreeru2, do not testify!! Let them prove their case without any help from you. In both my cases Reno and Sparks I did not testify and I won both. I really didn't argue either (although they call them closing arguments). I asked fairly good questions and got the answers I expected. And of course I filed paper in the court to notice them of all the laws they violated!! And case cites for the removal of judges for conduct.

KITCHIE, could you please elaborate more on what you did when your Corporate name was called, what questions you asked, and the laws they violated and the case law for removal of the usurpers.

Hey there squirrel,

Actually when they called my name I said I was by special restricted appearance and I ws not appearing as the fiction all caps name cited in this matter. They asked how I plead and I said the state has no viable cause of action against me and I will not reduce myself to that status.
Again the judge asked how I plead and I said "I cannot enter a plea in an incompetent court."

Judge said the court pleads you not guilty.

Then do to the violations of process I filed motions in the court taking Judicial Notice of their actions. They should have granted my motions and didn't. However they did pay close attention to what was in them and it worked out quite nicely. I believe they do it the way they did was to give some assemblance of a "fair" trial. If I hadn't filed those papers they would have steamrolled me.

My motion to strike was really good too if I may say so! LOL

The Randy Lee abatement pretty much nails that strawman to the Cross.
The Marc Stevens' line of questioning breaks down the Nature & cause down like an organic compound. Folks, we are loaded for bear with how to mop the courtroom floor with those back robed lawyers' wigs. The key is to get the knowledge & then get over the fear.

I filed a Motion to Dismiss, Motion to Strike about 10 pages and Notice and Demand for Discovery about 11 pages.
