Fingerprinting
When one goes to court and the court has to rely on a fingerprint to identify you does this raise the issue of confrontation and witness availability.
Can I confront the whoever at the DOJ who sent the print to the coppers and told them it was me?
If so, remember that infraction tickets only need to be thumprinted not signed. And if the defendant challenges and says its not me then the prossecution must use the fingerprint and the DOJ to compare.
Now you ask the DOJ guy how he put that NAME with that print.
Any thoughts floating around out there?
