Never heard of it&here in Virginia. That doesn't mean anything, of course, especially if it's something that favors the "accused."

Paul88-
Of course they want the money up front! But if Your found "not guilty"(fat chance), Your bail will be cheerfully refund. Please allow&4 months for processing.

By requesting TbWD you are submitting to the jurisdiction of the court.

I am also in Kali. I wrote an affi to the court (the tribunial&commissioner entered a plea of not guilty anyhow),the opposition failed to respond. The order of the "court" reads "not guilty". And no I didn't get off a dime for Their "bail". Pay Me in case You may owe Me, doesn't sound right, yet "persons" go along with this practice daily.

Trust me, I'm working on getting My "novice" card when it comes to writting affidavits, but feel free to email me, I'll share with&You what I used. Will it work for You?, I don't know. My citing officer didn't repsond. There was a story about a guy that did TbWD and wrote "I didn't do it", no response, not gulity. And that's the way the cookie crumbles! Do You like apples? How 'bout cookies?
