Wrong name on subpoena for court 3-8-04

I was served a subpoena to appear in court on Monday, 3-8-04.& The problem is that it does not have my name on it.& My name is James Donald Smith.& They have Donald James Smith on the document.& The guy just handed me the papers when I opened the door, before I could see that it was not my name.& (PS. I know that this is just my STRAWMAN, anyway it's written)

What can be done about it in court?& Should I bring it up in court?& If so, then how should I approach the court with the issue?

Any help is&appreciated!!

Have it returned to the court with a note that states "This person is unknown.& I am not the person listed on these documents. These documents were forced upon me by persons unknown."& Use the "It ain't me" line.& Once returned in a fashion similar to this, they cannot confirm "Service".
