Red face Special Maritime Exposed
SUI JURIS,

I have asked free_martha several times the location of the document she is quoting from "Special Maritime Exposed". I have not received an answer from her and was wondering where this pdf file is located. I have already gone thru the downloads and have been unable to fine it. Are you aware of this document? I also did an advanced search and still have not been able to locate this intreging file.
