Contract their butt !

1. Write your own terms...

2. default them..

3. file the default in your miscellaneous evidence file in fed district court

4. get certified copies from the court

5. register the certified default at the county seat.

If necessary use the regged docs as foundation for another series of docs / contracts

Repeat as necessary, and build your unrevokable papertrail..

For HIS Glory,
Akira

Well, I researched a bit more, and went ahead and gave this a shot a couple months ago:

http://www.suijuris.net/forum/59977-post49.html

I haven't gotten a statement, or heard a single thing from them in over two months. They owe me nearly half-a-million dollars! What will they do? I recorded a notice of default, and sent it to the enforcement officer. Now I'm going to place a lien against all of her real estate holdings that she recently somehow managed to pay off entirely. Tell me how does a single lady earning $40k suddenly come up with ~$300k to pay off a couple of real estate holdings after making regular payments for two-three years? Fishy. But I'll take it - it's worth more to me if there is no loans on it! lol.

GREETINGS,
I am very intrested in your process. I have sent them (csea) an Affidavit and they have fell silent. I am now in the non-respone stage. if you have any info, as far as your process, it would be greatly appreciated.
thx uub

they settled with me before i got to default them. anyway, i like the idea of opening up with a contract with them (as your answer and counterclaim). the main ingredient of the counterclaim is for them to show you where they can take private property for public use without just compensation and if they cant, contract them into damages. then, place this WITH your default into a federal miscellaneous file and then start invoicing them. the right to invoice them will be in the contract. you want public record of your case against them, dont worry about their case against you because you want them to owe you money. turn the game around.

Did anyone ever get this contract he used? I have a decent concept but the full content would be nice to reference.
