served with lawsuit yesterday. sort of.
My dad was served yesterday, at least, he got the papers in the mail. I'm still pretty new at this--I can't remember what he's supposed to do to refuse this document that is addressed to his all-CAPS name. What does he do, and what kind of time window does he have?
