Bonds For Public Officers

this is all true. the county commissioners are named on the law enforcement policy that they have for the county insurance also. what they are doing is using the law enforcement policy to cover the police, sheriffs, etc. i have to see if it covers the judge.

Greetings people
Went to obtain a bond and oath for a recorder's court
Judge at the superior court clerks office, I was informed that a recorder's
court judge did not require a personal bond, perhaps he is covered by the
county bond or by the judge's bond by whom he was appointed (not
elected). To those who do not know recorders court is traffic court.
I was able to obtain certified copies of his letter of appointment and his
oath. This was at the county level, in georgia, earlier I'd gone to the
secretary of states office only to find that some counties do not send
their oaths, bonds, letters of appointments to the secretary of state.
Look on all levels.

In Mississippi, the judges oaths are supposed to be recorded at the court not the SOS.

Check the state constitution under judiciary.

great thing., but the Oath of Office can be more powerful.
Sometimes as our public officials move up thru the ranks, they never change
there oath of office a case was won not to long ago because the Judges
oath of office said "Prosecutor." there oath is held at the sos office,
records division ,and is public information.

The great thing is that the Oath of Office they take must be made by a natural-person, or living man/woman. A legal fiction cannot make an oath, so it is the man/woman that is assuming the role of a legal fiction that makes the Oath of office. If you have a copy of that oath of Office, then you can prove that the living man/woman violated your rights by violating their oath of office as the legal fiction.

Has anyone walked into court with the Judges oath of Office in hand yet? I want to hear how that went.
