[Freedomless]

Went to Federal Court yesterday to file some papers. Had to have a legal pictured ID. Had to turn off the cell phone and leave it with the guards. While waiting in line, behind two attorneys, I asked my friend what the deal was about the cell phone thing. The attorney in front of us said that they take the cell phones because they could be used to call terrorists. Then he went on to say that if the judges would come done with fairer judgments people would not be so up in arms. We both laughed and I said that's what most people are up in arms about, unfair judgments.

I was in District Last month on the elevator w/ 2 attorneys & 1 was trying to get his wife out of jury duty.
I suggested that they walk in for the interview with the cannons of Judicial Conduct.
They laughed and said that would probably work

weis, that sounds like something one'd hear on comedy central...geez...
