My thinking on this subject would be...

Example:

I get arrested (for whatever reason).

The Judge imposes a bond on my [p]erson, and then holds me as the surety on such bond, and I am supposed to be held liable for this bond.

What type of Bond is this?

What give's this alleged Judge authority to create the bond in the first place?

If I am the principal for this newly created bond, I want the control of the bond!

wargames,

The above mention bond has to do with Public Officers, like Judges, Prosecuting Attorney's and, Police. Not on the person. Here is a email I just recieved from a friend.

Icesgirl...

I understood very well what your thread/post read.

I just opened up the venue/thought to open up the mind.

I will now dissent...

Kindest regards...,

p.s. Yesteryear, when we use to follow through here around Michigan with the Oath of Office & (alleged) Official Bond issue, we were met with a Secretary of State who would back date any and all such matters as need be to cover for the alleged officials.

Good Luck.

County Commissioners? Hmmm!!!

Good Day Anubis,

I am sorry for my not so timely response. In reading the pdf file, I noticed that that responsibilty for bonding comes down on the county commissioners. This is interesting to me for one particular reason. Some time ago, I watched a lengthly video from the Montana freemen, in which Leroy Michael, insisted that everything financially came down to the county commissioners. His interpretation was that, in essence, they had replaced the dejure supreme court with their ficticious financial status, enabling a totally different supreme court to be created at the state level.

Just food for thought.

Sincerely,
truth
