Who is being sued?
When you receive a summons/complaint who is named as the defendant?
The fiction - ALL CAPS
Why do I have to accept this as being me, the flesh and blood, Upper and Lower.
Since the courts are all fictions - corporate entities - why do I have to respond? They can only deal with other fictions.
Why should I claim to be the fictitious DEFENDANT?
If a judgment ensues, isn't it against the fictitious entity?
If I show up and try to defend my flesh and blood am I not giving the court jurisdiction over me, the living breathing being, as I am now claiming to be responsible for the fiction that is being sued?
Instead of claiming to be the secured party for this DEBTOR, shouldn't we be claiming that we are not a fictitious entity - Affidavit not the fictitious entity nor accepting any responsibility for this fictitious entity? Then just return everything to the court. After all we did not create it and it therefore does not belong to us or have any connection to us.
Think of it as IBM. I did not create IBM Corporation and do not claim to be an officer or other responsible party for this entity.
This is really what is going on. This is why no constitutional, common law at court as fictions have no protection under the constitution.
Showing up in court trying to claim rights under the constitution is like mixing apples and oranges.
I guess I am rambling, sorry, tired.
Do we want to claim the fiction as our copyright/trademark or do we want to divorce ourselves from it? I am not really sure how to do either of these. Study study read read 2 steps forward 3 steps back.
Feedback please.
