Today, I had a judge,
sua sponte recuse himself, citing that a reasonable "person" would not expect an impartial adjudicator after being accused of "collusion" by me.
I was floored. I went in thinking that he was gonna try to pull out the "contempt" BS, because I was pretty hard on him in my motion, even pointing out why, when, how, and the result of his collusion, and backing it up with the transcript.
I also pointed out a huge problem for him, in that either he lied (probably) or made a mistake in his prior order.
He saw the truth, then did the only thing possible, and I give all credit for this to Almighty God. (YVWH)
I went in prepared to go to jail, because I knew this guy was corrupt. Instead, he handed me what amounts to an admission of bias on a silver platter.
Praises to the Most High.
