possible ? for judges

Hi all....


Several people in several forums have discussed their experience with judges and the "name in caps" matter.


Perhaps someone should ask a judge the following question:


"Your Honor, if this issue is deemed to be so trivial and unimportant, and upsets your Honor so that your Honor chooses to ignore and move ahead with these proceedings, perhaps your Honor would mind explaining why&the placard bearing your Honor's name is not in all capital letters?"

Good question point.

Object to your name being in all caps allowing the judge to over rule your objection... then get him to "certify the question"... and so forth and so on.
