Federal statue code

Dismissed for failing to propogate their case. Any help with the Fedreral statue law code or Illinois compile statue.
The first day in court, the lawyer for lender did'nt show up for hearing instead she send somebody from their office claiming she call sick, she cannot appear on that day. So the rep. from the laywer office request for another court day,and the judge grant it.The next court day, again she did'nt show up ,and the judge told me there is nothing on the record to show they want to go ahead with the case and nothing I can do at this point.
Iam trying to find the case support this, and have the judge to sign it with prejudice. In other words this case cannot be reopen again.By the way this civil procedure.
