Getting out of it as fast as possible would have been to pay them. A deplorable possiblity if you ask me. Maybe she enjoys being victimized.
It's too bad he signed the non-disclosure agreement. Now his pleadings won't be available to other victims!

Court/chambers?
Hello all, been trying to get to this for sometime and thought maybe someone could help answer some questions about "court/chambers".
first: I am about to be served papers on a foreclosure and want to know how ANYONE can go into this commercial area or should I say arena known as court or really chambers cause they can't have courts (assets) if they are bankrupt?
second: since the actors known as judges, attorneys all are repesenting themselves as fictions(of course they don't tell you this) and therefor are only unincorporated corporation, how can they hear, read, speak to, see or have anything to do with the real live man in there commercial arena?
third: Is there anyway to level the playing field so the live man can go into these phony courts because if there is noway then we are kidding are selves and I for one don't want to be their slave anymore?
Comment: Believe iamfreeru2 is on to something in a recent post when he said we are going to have to use our exemption, but how if they are going to ignor us and continue to steal us blind?
Anyone got a clue?
