If one would be suing a judge, prosecutor, ect., these shysters are all under the umbrella of the F.S.I.A. as their congress has prescribed.
They are "all" foreign agents of the foreign corporation (United States Of America, United States), and as such are subject to these rules in their commerce game, now exposed.
Defacto / Under Color Of Law is a very important key when trying to comprehend this.
Never ever sue them in their so-called official capacity, due to the fact that there is no official capacity, it is all private commerce under whatever constitution.
Easily overcome the 12b & 56e summary disposition motions by correctly stating the standing of who the party is (and choice of jurisdiction(s)) within a comfortable setting for practical application of seizing all booty of any artificaillly created/crafted war.
