Be glad to. Here's the link so we can all read it:

I'd never heard of this until you mentioned it elsewhere. Gave it just a brief glance last night. Now time to get serious, right?

The United States is a District of Columbia corporation. In Volume 20: Corpus Juris Sec. 1785 we find "The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a State" (see NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S. Ct. 1973, 14 L. Ed. 287).

Hey, WG....

Just saw your follow-up in the other thread where you first introduced this. Here's the link to the "condensed version":

Re:Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976

Thanks Randy for your effort!

Yea, I know, I get around alot, just like a legal whore!

Anyways, I am taking the time to relay this information here because it seems like there is a decent gathering of folks here. Soon, this compilation and procedure will be condensed to a pay only site to help defray the costs involved with research & development.

Until then... this is my "present" to all for now!

And, as usual, Happy Trails...

And yet another favor to ask of Randy.

Maybe, if you could, pull the thread entitled "Commercial Crimes" into this thread. Then afterwards, maybe tech support could delete the not needed thread?

It all ties together, and I will attempt to keep the material, for now on, located in this thread.

Thanks Man!&

Re:Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976

The Sovereign American National has always had Immunity from "persecution" and we just didn't know this fact!

Now, I am providing the tools to assist one in learning this Fact, and the tools to utilize in the event that the Bar oversteps their fraud into my (our)&venue & jurisdiction.

I can't give the answer to the riddle just yet because there is more information coming for this thread for an easy read for us six-pak joe kinda fellows.

Stay tunedamp; again, thank you for your assistance.

Randy,

I found one more that should be in here... the thread on here entitled "Child Support" has another piece to this puzzle... would you be so kind (Court of International Trade)?

Someday I am gonna stop reading these books on real & commercial Law and learn how to use this darn computer? (Laugh)

Thanx
