I guess, in a way, it is good that the judges are so ignorant to the actual law.

Maybe this judge is refering to the jury of a jury trial which, I understand, is different from the jury of a trial by jury. But, since he is a Supreme Court judge, doesn't he get his judicial power directly from the common law? The only jury that he should see is the jury of a trial by jury.

At least, this is my understanding at this time.

Citizens Jury

The biggest and most powerful law enforcement agency in the United States has the absolute, non-negotiable power to ignore laws, judges and prosecutors, to keep people out of prison, to make any jury trial come out the way they want it, and to make our government honest.

What is this agency?.......The fully Informed JURY

For more information on this go to

American Jury Institute here

Rory,

Bad links. Neither one works. I'll try to do a search and find them. Thanks anyway though.

The first links that Rory posted work... there was just one too many "http//" in each. I fixed 'em.

When adding a link to a post ... check the link for the extra "http//" before submitting your post.
