Judges Oaths

David Merril you have intrigued me as well..... So essentially what you are say David is that the Judge in my case (and in all cases) is not a Judge in the sense that he is acting within the purview of the Judiciary governed by Article III of the Constitution is that correct? So, he is an Article I Judge instead or should I say some sort of Administrative Adjudicator, is this what you are saying??

And am I also understanding you correctly to say that even upon obtaining a certified copy of his Oath of Office that filing it into the case does absolutely nothing unless he takes Judicial Note of it? And to wit, I can do nothing to force him to act on it?

I have already order a certified copy of his Oath and my plan was to once received file it into my case (assuming that he has one on file) along with an affidavit accepting his Oath as a contract agreement between he and I.

Thanks

Think about it. If an attorney paid for law school, why is he or she going to sit and listen to you?

This is not meant to be rude, but when I am paid to do something in the corporate world and I do not preform, my name becomes mud. Attorneys should be responsible to their clients. Since this is not the case, in the world today, why hire an attorney?
