Hi, all. Well, I wanted advice to me having the attorney's generals oath (if I ever get it) and "accept it for value" and placed it in a "administaive process" [before the courts] could'nt I say, "Your honor, I own the title of the attorney general so, there is NO WAY you guys can play with me"? You see, if you hold title (because, the courts have become "claims court", i.e. the one with best title wins, i.e. secured party, title, ect. ect..) you would win without a sweat. Is that correct information I was given? And second, what if you attached the "oath" to ever motion, claim, ect.. ect... could the courts reject it? Wahat about the judge? Could you use his "against" himself by saying, "uphold your oath as in {the artcle, title, subsection, ect. ect..}?!?!? Soemone, please, let me know what you think and if you don't know "how" to "accept-for-value" the oath or a claim let me explain. You know the 'seal' on the oath? Well, you place YOUR signature over it in "blue ink" representing you "acceptance" before the court. You'll have to place your sinature 30 to 40 degrees in angle when signing. Their's only (2) two legal colors in court (if you noticed). Black and blue. Thats it. But, I really wanted to know how to do this thing. Any advice would help. Here's my personal email address
