Is there a normal process?

Hello all.

I was hoping to start a thread that could help enlighten the members such as myself who have not yet taken the plunge into civil court. I understand that no 2 cases will be the same, but if we can possibly get a chronilogical sequence adapted for the new freedom fighter, I think it will be priceless.

So far, for my unsecured debt, I have written my letters to the bank (servicers), sent and received my FOIAs from the banking regulators, received collection calls from servicer and battled that, received communication and call from debt collector and sent VOD (never to be heard from again since january). I have been preparing for the day when I am either served (as my brother was) or I am preparing for the day to face answering my accuser through a semi administrative process.

Can we sart to put together a time line as to what happenes from here? eg: DC buys debt and gets a private arbitration and doesnt tell you about it. Then we should react to that by "X"..., then there is usualy at this time a summary judgement...etc....

I would be happy to see different responses on others experiences as well.

I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.

Campy

chuckles

Campy;

I don't know what you said but I appreciate the chuckle.

I think the 'lost art' of process is found in the admiralty. When somebody libels you (Notice of Levy or Lien at the county clerk) that initiates admiralty process called Libel in Review.

The trick is to stay out of civil court. But in the United States one must file in civil court to acquire admiralty jurisdiction - Article III of the constitution; "admiralty and maritime claims". One has to become the court and ignore the ignorance of the clerks and most of the administrative magistrates called "federal judges". That leaves you out there all alone without any recognition waving a default judgment (signed by yourself as judge). But we want to do this right, correct?

So brush up on the rules and consider you in your legal name a vessel. Also read FRNs (Federal Reserve Notes) as insurance policies (Delovio v. Boit) that secure admiralty jurisdiction.

I have not been down this road yet with any of the suitors but when that suit gets served (like with your brother) counterclaim in admiralty - Libel in Review.

Regards,

David Merrill.

Question Question?

Hi, all. Well, I wanted advice to me having the attorney's generals oath (if I ever get it) and "accept it for value" and placed it in a "administaive process" [before the courts] could'nt I say, "Your honor, I own the title of the attorney general so, there is NO WAY you guys can play with me"? You see, if you hold title (because, the courts have become "claims court", i.e. the one with best title wins, i.e. secured party, title, ect. ect..) you would win without a sweat. Is that correct information I was given? And second, what if you attached the "oath" to ever motion, claim, ect.. ect... could the courts reject it? Wahat about the judge? Could you use his "against" himself by saying, "uphold your oath as in {the artcle, title, subsection, ect. ect..}?!?!? Soemone, please, let me know what you think and if you don't know "how" to "accept-for-value" the oath or a claim let me explain. You know the 'seal' on the oath? Well, you place YOUR signature over it in "blue ink" representing you "acceptance" before the court. You'll have to place your sinature 30 to 40 degrees in angle when signing. Their's only (2) two legal colors in court (if you noticed). Black and blue. Thats it. But, I really wanted to know how to do this thing. Any advice would help. Here's my personal email address tec_time@yahoo.com

Thanks All,
