Composing lawsuit complaint form

I am litigating against a collection agency and I need to know how the complaint should be worded and the verbiage also. I have a sample complaint on Winston Shrout, however I'm not sure if it is the same. Anyone have any feedback?

Jaylon,

I suggest you go to your local bookstore such as Barnes and Noble and purchase How to sue in "Your State" Without a Lawyer by Nolos Press. Also, we have the book by Mike Brown "Brown's Lawsuit Cookbook". I would get both though. Nolo's is pretty good stuff however, these publications are written by Attorneys and at times can be a bit mundane, although, for the most part the study of law in general is a bit mundane.

I have mike brown's how to sue cookbook, got it from your site. It is excellant and gives a very simple explanation. I was just a bit unsure whether the jurisdiction determined the format or style of the complaint. I will review this publication as well as go to borders/Barnes & Nobles (I practically live there anyway) Thanks again.

It would be best to file your compalint in Federal Court however you can file in state as well but I would not. You would be suing under Title 15 in part.

Once I finish my complaint I'll forward it to you so you can take a look at it, I'm pretty happy with it so far. In your opinion, would it be a good idea to submit an Affidavit along with the complaint or make the complaint in the form of an Affidavit?
