I got this from Vanton57 and thought I would give the link here. It is a good site regarding Admiralty Jurisdiction. Lots of good material for those that have not seen this before. Enjoy.

Sadie,
You're welcome. I am going to do much more research into this myself. I learned a lot from this site, but have much more to learn. The use of the stamps on court documents is very interesting. This is more evidence that using Constitutional arguments is not what we should be doing. We should be using the Admiralty jurisdiction for our benefit. I never knew that postal money orders are backed by gold. Very intersting indeed.

Dashboy,
That is a very good question that needs to be answered. Hopefully I can get the answer with a little more research. This has definitely got my interest.

If in using this method, would http://assembler.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode31/usc_sec_31_00003729----000-.html"> provide even stronger proof of the fraud the credit card companies are using on us in using the ALL CAP name, especially if one has their copyrights, trademarks, etc filed and/or the refusal to take the BoE or CPN as discharge of the debt?
Would this be one more proverbial "straw" on the camels back that might break it?

The more I look at this the more I like it. Vanton you may be right on the money regarding the banks and CCC and using Admiralty to fry their butts. I think this would work very well against the mortgage companies also. This is getting more and more interesting as I look into this.

So can the fraud or breach of contract perpetrated against my strawman be construed as an act against the united states per the above section??? The strawman is their creation and property!
I have been looking at bringing my suit against the bank into admiralty jurisdiction for a couple of months now but need to finish my study on this area along with FRCP and FRE and State equivalents! Any further info on this would be helpful. I had a retired bank vice president tell me I would lose in all lower courts no matter what because the system is setup to the banks advantage but if you play your cards right, you can force them to settle out of court. Shutup money I guess!
