Yester day &I was arrested for a BOE& all my paper work was in order per& ctc3 and then some ,& i also have me offset to John Snow this is for support the& states attorney signed the affidavit for arrest and i was picked up without a warrant !! taken down charged with a felony the whole enchilda i dont have statue i was charged with& but it was& titled& "uttering a forged draft or document )& not sure of the last word ,& it is not readable& according to Florida satute& they were supose to send a letter& saying it did not clear and i have seven days to make it right& I never got this, nor was i under the idea the account was not balanced to make the offset they never asked. Basically it is another example of bigbrother destroying&us& and cleaning out my civil rights.& I plan on calling Home land security in the morning and filing a domestic terroisim charge&on the two officers that subjected me to this abuse, and false imprisonment and kidnapping. I also noticed a bunch of other names and pictures in the pile& i was the second one to be picked up they are making a sweep!
anybody ever heard of this ?& I havent !Any ideas& ?&

Re:Arrested for a BOE !!!!
Would it be possible to post the doc that states the charges?... you can black out the personal info.& Without detailed information it is difficult to offer any opinion.

Re:Arrested for a BOE !!!!
One more thing... all you people that are dealing with the Treasury directly or referencing a "closed account" are going to have these problems.
If someone could please tell me where it references a closed account in HJR 192, I would be happy to agree that the use of a closed account is the right way to go.

Ice:
Just because HJR192 makes no mention of a closed account doesn't mean it can't be used, nor does it mean the whole idea is wrong.

Arrested for a BOE !!!!
logos,
The account number belongs to the bank. When we close an account we give up the right to use the number as well as all access to the account. Using an account number that no longer belongs to you is a Trespass upon the property of another. How is this NOT wrong? Also note that the "routing" number is provided to the bank by the Fed. Res. Hence, another Trespass.
HJR 192 mentions the types of instruments that are allowed by law to discharge debt. A CPN is/are not funds "drawn from an account" of any kind. But the CPN is a valid instrument to discharge debt.
This is very simple logic. You can attempt to "prove" the "secret" accounts the gov. is supposed to have for each of us but you could never convince me that you have any rights to an account number that you have relinquished all rights to. In regards to these other types of accounts that are supposed to be out there -- I have not seen nor have I been presented with any proof that they exist. Until the proof is plain there ain't no such thing.

In addition,
This is the main reason why I do not promote the redemption process. I mean it may or may not work but, the real deal is that you can get pinched if you don't do something right.
Too risky for the newbie IMHO.

Arrested for a BOE !!!!
Dashboy,
THat's a very hard line and position you've taken. Nonetheless, when doing that process, I have noticed that when folks get pinched for doing it the wrong way--most of their time is then consumed fighting BB.
So I would rather be more inclined to think that they are fighting battles on the front if they have some discrepancies with the BoE. But this is just my opinion not gospel.
