Just got word that Joe Banister was found not guilty on all counts.

I am happy for him and his family. I can't imagine what his wife and kids were going through. I'm also glad the jury saw through the government's BS. Now we need to focus on Larken Rose's trial. Hopefully he will prevail as well. If he does that will be a big blow to the "income tax" scam.

Another thing about this is you will not see it in any newspapers or the TV news either. If he had lost though, it would have been plastered everywhere, guaranteed.

I think I read he was in jail for not withholding from his employees.

I doubt this will help Al. Only time will tell. Then there is the appeal of **** Simkanin as well. I wonder how that is going? I would like to see him freed also. He was totally railroaded. We need to be praying for all those that are in jail as a result of the fraud and the ones coming up for trial.
