The judge stood up...
This guy went to court and when a relevant name is called. He walks straight into the bar and tells the judge something. But whatever it is it gets the judge in a corner. No matter what the judge says, he repeats himself for the most part. The judge goes you need to put it in writing. He repeats himself.
So the judge looks across the room. Apparently its true that there is a court administrator of some sort, someone with higher clout than the judge in the courtroom at all times. This wasnt the 'prosecuting attorney'. Now the prosecuting attorney was a bit nervous and squirrely over this. This was someone sitting to the far left of the judge among police officers and bailiffs. And he nodded very slightly.
So the judge seems to get a nod of agreement and the judge stands up. Goes back into some room behind where he had sat and shuffles some sort of paperwork..some of it looked like lists of numbers on white paper...spreadsheets. The judge goes into a room, an office of some sort and then comes and sits back down. Apparently someone was in there.
But next the judge sits down and looks surprised that the guy is still standing there. He acts rather amnesiatic as if he is starting all over again.
But he hasnt heard from the 'municipality' for over two years. He spoke with the lawyer out on the parking lot and the lawyer was a bit shaky for some reason. He was very respectful.
