Fed's Putting Me Under The Gun!
To How This Concern,
I need some serious legal advice. The fed's are trying to violate my probation, but I think I beat them on some tec points i've put together. First, I wanted if I could have the prosuctor "admit" that he only "represents" the case and the ask the judge could ask the "CORPORATION" to state a "claim"? Anyone got something on that? Maybe, a cited case or something? Please, help!
Phil

hmmmm?
I remember about two months ago a guy in Muskegon, Michigan, was brought up on probation violation with the feds.
Article may be on http://www.givemeliberty.org ?
Anyways, the guy ended up getting his probation discharged/terminated, but I don't know exactly how he did it?

You are correct that it was an article on We The People web site. The heading is:

Tax's?!?!?
What does a tax case have to do with this? I have a CRIMINAL probation! I know, it's the same, but how can this help me? I read the motion's. But, I have an exstortion case. How does any of this apply? Please, someone explain.

The case they are referring to, the dude made a public recorded doc.
What we may be able to do is do a default/estoppel by acquiescence.
Go to that territorial JD link I left.
Download the docs I uploaded, but delete anything that says FOIA or Privacy Act request and entitle it "Request for documents"
If they don't respond, do a notice of default/10 day opp to cure
If they don't respond. do a final default & record it at the county recorder

Wargames, I did not take his response the way you did. Grench is not upset at us. He is looking for answers and wants to know how the case in point can help in this situation. Frankly I am not sure it can. You just have to look at the circumstances and exactly what took place and use what you can. You may need to give more details so others on this forum will know how to better help you.
