kgod, I once asked a court clerk for a particular judges oath. She looked and looked, but couldn't find it. She finally asked her supervisor, behind closed doors, and returned and told me that their "judges" were "municipal employees", and didn't need oaths of office! I'm not kidding! I believe she was trying to tell me that they were employees of the corporate court, (law merchants) and were not in fact judicial (constitutional) judges at all. This really happened.

corporate courts

sure, every oath ive seen in georgia has the judge admitting he is a employee of the state, thus, how can he be impartial? so, if he works for the state, and the state is bringing charges, how can he be impartial?

kgod, Marc Stevens (Adventures in Legal Land) elaborates on this point extensively in this great book. Read it, if you haven't already.
