Question Claims Court?

What if the courts ask's me, "are you the defendant"? And I say, "prosuctor,
would you like to state "that" {i.e. defendant(s) name because, the state claims it by stating the defenant name is "OF" or is in the possesion under state statue} claim"? I'm putting the federal/state on blast by asking them to "own the defendant" {because, they DO} and then, the "state/federal" will have there "claim" by equal and due protection. In other words, are they creating a party they "don't" claim? Is that possiable? Does anyone have a cited case like that?

Thans All,
Phillip Gillon

Post Claims Court?

What I mean is, if the STATE has possession of the NAME of the person in said charge could'nt you ask the prosuctor to "own up" to the defendant that it "represents"?
