Unsigned Ticket

Hello all newbie here,
I was citied for noise ordiance a few days ago and when i reserved my rights by putting "without prejudice UCC 1-207" above my signature. the officer asked me what it was. I told him if he don't know I can't tell him.
He told me that i had to go to court. He gave me my copy of the citation without his signature on it or fine(bail). I went down to the court house and picked up a notarized copy of the orignal document and what do you know he signed it after he gave it to me and stated bail(fine) on his copy.
none of this is on my copy i recieved!
I preserved my copy in a plastic folder and it clearly shows that there is no officer (witness) signature or bail amount.
How do I go about fighting this, Is this not fraud? I also need to know how to go about filing motions in and before court. Please help me, these officers tresspassed on my property to cite me.
I really want to stick it to them.

At the very least the presentment is fraudulent. Id start by making an affidavit stating that the copy of the citation is fraudlent because the court was presented with an altered version and have it witnessed by a notary.

Then you could probably do a common default process similar to the ticket slayer process to get it dismissed.

Hello, this is my very first post here although I have been lurking for quite some time so I'll jump in with the other newbie! Why not go whole hog and have your Affadavit, the Notarized copy of the original ticket and your unsigned copy all Recorded under Misc public records at the County Recorders office?
