signature on affadavit or court doc

I see where it is recommended to sign licenses, documents, applications etc and add without prejudice, all rights reserved.

Would you also sign notarized affidavits like this?

Would you sign documents submitted to the court like this? e.g. Motion to Dismiss, Judicial Notice etc.

Sadie, Yes, you can signed it as long as is not rejected. All my doc with notary, court cases, license etc signed with "Without Prejudice UCC1-308". But make sure you no what it stand for especially court cases you might be ask by the judge,so you better be ready to answer it.

Thumbs up

Most places won't let you sign with without prejudice or UCC1-308 etc above your name.

I signed mine with c.f. before my autograph. Coacus feici, I believe it is latin, for under threat duress or coersion. They don't notice it and it passes. Also you might want to print your straw name exactly as they put it on the DL...Last, first and middle all caps.

When I signed the application for a duplicate license I signed Without prejudice above my name, By name, and Authorized Rep. below my name. They said "Do you always sign 'By?'"

WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Alternatively placing "/TDC" after your 'signature' or autograph can be utilized to indicate threats, duresss and/or coercion. And you dont need to place "per UCC bleh" after without prejudice or all rights reserved just as one doesnt need to write the "chapter and verse" after without recourse.

As for affidavits just in the middle somewhere among the text: "This is not a waiver." or "This is not a waiver of rights." or "I reserve all rights and immunities with respect to any and all instruments evidenced."
