The misnomer of my name, Henry Franklin Bowman is listed in a court order as being barred from filing anything in the local Clerk of Superior Court's office, without first obtaining leave from the Senior Resident Superior Court Judge.
This is a very interesting situation, because of the following:
1. I, Henry Franklin, am sovereign. Their "Orders" don't concern me, unless they attemp to restrain my liberty or access to the courts. [which this does]
2. They will argue that I am Henry Franklin Bowman. [No matter that they don't have proof of that, and I have never presented "Identification" to them.] I will have my DBA with me when this all goes down, which carries my right thumbprint.
3. "Leave" as that word is used in the order, is obtained by "motion." How does one file a motion if the order says one cannot file ANY document without leave. They have stated their intent to deny me access to the courts.
4. It is absolutely treasonous to deny a man access to the court, under any circumstances, and my goal is to shed light on this issue.
